CIO-SP2
The Chief information Officer-Solutions and Partners contracts provide IT systems and services necessary to support the CIO requirements for IT solutions within the National Institutes of Health (NIH) and other Government agencies.
CIO-SP2 is structured as an Indefinite Deliver/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) task order contract whose orders may be Time and Materials (T&M), Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Cost Sharing (CS), Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF), or Cost Plus Award Fee (CPAF).
